Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the dadmc website and general enquiries submitted through it. They do not replace a signed proposal, service agreement, or event contract for a specific programme.

The site

The dadmc website presents our Experience Studio, destinations, and capabilities. Content is for information and invitation to enquire. It is not an offer capable of immediate acceptance, a public tariff, or a booking confirmation.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting a contact or Request a Proposal form does not create a binding contract. Any programme engagement begins only when both parties agree in writing (proposal acceptance, order, or contract) on scope, fees, and conditions.

Indicative budgets, availability, venues, and concepts shared early in conversation may change until confirmed in writing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping that harms performance, no injecting malware, no submitting false or unlawful content, and no attempting to access non-public systems.

We may suspend access or ignore enquiries that appear abusive, fraudulent, or outside our professional scope.

Intellectual property

Site design, text, branding, and media are owned by dadmc or our licensors. You may view and share links for legitimate business reference. You may not copy our materials for competing use, republish substantial content, or remove notices without permission.

Third-party links and partners

The site may reference destinations, venues, or partners. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Programme delivery may involve independent suppliers; their obligations are defined in the relevant commercial documents.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free. Destination imagery and descriptions are illustrative and may not reflect a specific confirmed programme.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dadmc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on general site content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Liability for delivered programmes is governed by the signed commercial terms for that engagement — not by these website terms alone.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you. Courts of Portugal have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect material changes. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
