Privacy Policy

This policy explains how dadmc (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit our website or request a proposal. We operate as an Experience Studio and destination management partner, with Portugal as our first atelier.

Who we are

dadmc designs corporate events, MICE programmes, and private luxury experiences. This website is an informational and enquiry channel — not a booking engine.

For the purposes of EU/EEA data protection law (including the GDPR), dadmc is the controller of personal data submitted through this site unless we state otherwise for a specific programme.

Data we collect

When you use our contact or Request a Proposal forms, we may collect your name, company, email, phone, destination preferences, dates, guest counts, budget indications, and free-text brief details.

We may also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited — typically via hosting logs and, where enabled, analytics or cookie tools described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use data

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, communicate about programmes, improve our site and services, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry forms for unsolicited mass marketing unrelated to your request.

Legal bases

Depending on the context, we process data on the basis of: your consent (where required); steps prior to entering a contract at your request; our legitimate interests in operating a B2B studio and securing our systems; and legal obligations where applicable.

Sharing and processors

We may share data with trusted service providers who help us host the site, store leads, send email, or analyse usage — under appropriate agreements. We may also share information with destination partners or suppliers when necessary to evaluate or deliver a programme you requested.

If required by law, we may disclose data to authorities or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.

International transfers

Our tools and partners may process data outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Retention

We keep enquiry and proposal-related data for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain a professional relationship where appropriate, and meet legal, accounting, or dispute-related requirements. Technical logs are retained for shorter operational periods.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Portugal, this is typically the CNPD.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through open forms.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acknowledgement of the revised policy where permitted by law.

Questions or data requests: hello@dadmc.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time under applicable law.
